Mr. Holman is an Occupational Health & Safety professional with over 25 years of experience in several industrial environments including: manufacturing, construction, petro-chemical, marine/shipyard, transportation operations and education industries.  Implemented regulatory requirements including (ISO 14001/ISO 18001, OSHA 1926 & 1910, DOT, FTA, FRA, HAZMAT and EPA). Responsibilities have included managing staff in the development and implementation of safety and security management programs, safety training/orientations, permit confine space entry programs, JSA, behavior based safety programs OSHA audits, incident/accident investigations, industrial hygiene monitoring (i.e. H2S, benzene, Silica, noise, O2, LEL system safety, emergency preparedness, hazardous material management, lock out/tag out and fire life safety programs. Education includes a B.S. Industrial Safety Sciences, Licensed Safety Professional (LSP), Certified Safety Manager (CSM) designation from the National/International Association of Safety Professionals (NASP), Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS), Certified Marine Chemist (CMC) from National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Certified in OSHA 500/501 (Construction/General Industry) trainer. Obtaining the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), also preparing for Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) designation from University of TX Arlington campus.
